eScan Data Laserfiche VAR News Update

Laserfiche has availed itself to certain provisions of the Value Added Reseller
(“Laserfiche VAR“) agreement that it had entered into with eScan Data Ltd in 2005 and has ended the seven year VAR relationship between itself and eScan as of June 8, 2012

No reason was given by Laserfiche for the VAR agreement termination, nor was any required – Laserfiche had the right to end the relationship and it has done so. In the view of the management of eScan Data this is an unfortunate turn of events, but is not a calamity because a number of other effective solutions are available.

At the time of the ending of the Laserfiche VAR relationship, eScan’s clients represented approximately ten percent of the operating base of that software product in Canada. eScan is proud of the document management solutions it has created with it’s amazing and very loyal clients in particular, and within the world of document management in general.
